The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) has awarded NCI Information Systems, Inc. an indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity contract established by the Army’s Program Executive for Enterprise Information Systems and managed by the Army Small Computer Program. The award includes three base years and three two-year options.

Ordering under the contract is decentralized, and is authorized for the Army, Department of Defense, or any Federal agency. Orders may be placed by any contracting officer in the aforementioned agencies.
