NCI’s PMO team members are in place and have extensive experience on ITES-1 and ITES-2S. Our PM, Mr. John Richters leads our ITES-2S PMO. He is supported by Mr. James Sweeney, our ITES DPM. They are responsible for providing direction and leadership to subordinate ITES-2S on-site project managers, ITES-2S Partners, and assisting their customer base. These key members have an effective, established working relationships with ASCP, ITEC4, other contracting officers and our customer base. The PM and DPM are backed by dedicated administrative and ITES marketing resources, and have reach-back access to the full resources of NCI and NCI’s teammates.
