Initiating and managing subcontractor commitments are the responsibility of the NCI ITES-2S Program Manager. After a subcontractor has been selected, the NCI ITES-2S PMO works with the Sub-Contract Manager and small business to prepare a subcontract agreement, to include a Teaming Agreement (TA), Statement of Work (SOW), applicable standards, and technical/management requirements. During the period of performance, the subcontract SOW may be updated to reflect additional work, functional areas, and zone applicability.
